The Ranch in Banilad, Cebu is a Western style restaurant which has not only based its receipe around the Cowboy West but the whole restaurant including the staff who wear cowboy hats!
There is adequate seating outside to enjoy the Philippines sunshine. 
There is also a well stocked bar and as you can see the theme also carries on in the main seated restaurant inside.
